The apartment # 19 is on the third floor, with entrance to the kitchen, a double bedroom with large window on Via Maestra, a bathroom with a window.

Fitted with wooden furniture, the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs, cooking plate, coffee maker with pods and a refrigerator. The bedroom has two single beds. An anteroom leading to the bathroom, with shower and with a window..

 The apartment has an equipped kitchen and is supplied with blankets , sheets and towels for all occupants. Every week, bed linen and towels  are changed at no extra charge. Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental rate

Excluded from the rate are the meals, additional changes of bed linen, daily cleaning, laundry service ( available at extra charge ), all that is not explained in the items “including” is “supplied”.

Kitchen

Glasses: wine glasses, water glasses, mug.

Pots: grill, pasta cooker, casserole.

Dishes: dinner plates, round plates, dessert plates. .

Cutlery: spatula, fork, poultry shears, spaghetti serving spoon, slotted spoon, ladle, large knife, spoons, forks, knives, teaspoons.

Cups and Mugs: coffee cups, mugs.

Miscellaneous: coffee maker with pods, colander, plastic mat for basin, cutting board, corkscrew, grater, plastic containers, scissors, peeler, tablecloth and cloth napkins.

Bathroom

Mirror, brush, toilet paper and paper holder, hangers, bathrobes, bath towels, face towels and bidet towels.

Bed

A double bed with mattress and mattress covers, bed sheets, bedspread, blanket, two pillows with pillow covers and pillowcases. You can use the chair-bed as a third bed with supplement of € 20,00 per day.
