The apartment # 9 – large luxury, It is an elegant apartment on the second floor, designed especially for those who are looking for room to host business meetings or other business related events.

The entrance opens into a large hall, from which you can enter a living room with frescoed ceiling, a large table with chairs, two armchairs and a three-seater sofa.

The bedroom with double bed overlooks Via Maestra, the second bedroom has a double bed and one armchair. The bathroom is spacious and with mosaic tiles and  has a window.

The living room, spacious, bright and cozy, is the perfect space for business meetings in a refined and elegant ambience.

The apartment is rented for four people, but if necessary and with a supplement, using the  sofa bed, can accommodate one  more person.

* It’s possible to add one additional bed using the chair bed, with a supplement of € 20.00 per day.

 The apartment has an equipped kitchen and is supplied with blankets , sheets and towels for all occupants. Every week, bed linen and towels  are changed at no extra charge. Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental rate

Excluded from the rate are the meals, additional changes of bed linen, daily cleaning, laundry service ( available at extra charge ), all that is not explained in the items “including” is “supplied”.

Kitchen

Glasses: wine glasses, water glasses, mug.

Pots: grill, pasta cooker, casserole.

Dishes: dinner plates, round plates, dessert plates. .

Cutlery: spatula, fork, poultry shears, spaghetti serving spoon, slotted spoon, ladle, large knife, spoons, forks, knives, teaspoons.

Cups and Mugs: coffee cups, mugs.

Miscellaneous: coffee maker with pods, colander, plastic mat for basin, cutting board, corkscrew, grater, plastic containers, scissors, peeler, tablecloth and cloth napkins.

Bathroom

Mirror, brush, toilet paper and paper holder, hangers, bathrobes, bath towels, face towels and bidet towels.

Bed

Two double beds with mattress and mattress cover, sheets, bedspread, blanket, two pillows with pillow covers and pillowcases. The armchair bed in the second bedroom can always be used with supplement of € 20,00 per day per person.
