The apartment # 18 is a large apartment on the third floor, consisting of three rooms: a large kitchen with living room illuminated by two windows on Via Maestra and a Via Cordara and two double bedrooms, one with a view of Via Maestra and a with window  looking over Via  Cordara. The bathroom is with a shower and no windows.

Fitted with wooden furniture, the kitchen is furnished with a table and chairs and a three seat sofa, cooking plates, coffee machine with pods and a refrigerator. The bedroom hosts a double bed each. The apartment is perfect for families or couples.

Excluded from the rate are the meals, additional changes of bed linen, daily cleaning, laundry service ( available at extra charge ), all that is not explained in the items “including” is “supplied”.

Glasses: wine glasses, water glasses, mug.

Pots: grill, pasta cooker, casserole.

Dishes: dinner plates, round plates, dessert plates. .

Cutlery: spatula, fork, poultry shears, spaghetti serving spoon, slotted spoon, ladle, large knife, spoons, forks, knives, teaspoons.

Cups and Mugs: coffee cups, mugs.

Miscellaneous: coffee maker with pods, colander, plastic mat for basin, cutting board, corkscrew, grater, plastic containers, scissors, peeler, tablecloth and cloth napkins.

Bathroom

Mirror, brush, toilet paper and paper holder, hangers, bathrobes, bath towels, face towels and bidet towels.

Bed

Two double beds each with mattress and mattress cover, sheets, bedspread, blanket, two pillows with pillow covers and pillowcases. To use the second double bed is a charge of € 20,00 per person.
