The apartment # 8 is a large apartment on the second floor with an entrance to a spacious kitchen with a window that opens into via Cordara, a double bedroom with private balcony on Via Cordara an anteroom leading to the bathroom. Fitted with wooden furniture and equipped with a table and chairs, two seat sofa, an armchair, a refrigerator, a stove with plates and a coffee maker with pods.The bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is blind, with shower and with disabled access.

 The apartment has an equipped kitchen and is supplied with blankets , sheets and towels for all occupants. Every week, bed linen and towels  are changed at no extra charge. Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental rate

Excluded from the rate are the meals, additional changes of bed linen, daily cleaning, laundry service ( available at extra charge ), all that is not explained in the items “including” is “supplied”.

Kitchen

Glasses: wine glasses, water glasses, mug.

Pots: grill, pasta cooker, casserole.

Dishes: dinner plates, round plates, dessert plates. .

Cutlery: spatula, fork, poultry shears, spaghetti serving spoon, slotted spoon, ladle, large knife, spoons, forks, knives, teaspoons.

Cups and Mugs: coffee cups, mugs.

Miscellaneous: coffee maker with pods, colander, plastic mat for basin, cutting board, corkscrew, grater, plastic containers, scissors, peeler, tablecloth and cloth napkins.

Bathroom

Mirror, brush, toilet paper and paper holder, hangers, bathrobes, bath towels, face towels and bidet towels.

Bed

A double bed with mattress and mattress cover, sheets, bedspread, blanket, two pillows with pillow covers and pillow cases. You can add two besd surcharge of € 20,00 per day per person, using the double sofa bed.
